Yellowstone Trust Company is a joint venture formed by seasoned professionals with decades of experience in international banking, financial management, and trust operations. As a partnership between the principals of SP Capital Management LLC and ONT Family Trust Company, Yellowstone Trust Company is positioned to become the first privately owned public trust company in Cody, Wyoming. Our Team

Nick Piazza

Investment banker and a co-founder of Yellowstone Trust Company

Before this, he established SP Capital Management and SP Advisors as private investment vehicles for the Piazza Family and their partners. From 2008 to 2011, he transformed BG Capital/Galt & Taggart, the investment banking arm of the Bank of Georgia, into a leader in IPOs and private placements in Ukraine and Georgia, earning recognition as the Best Investment Bank in Central and Eastern Europe by Euromoney in 2010.

As part of the Bank of Georgia Group, Nick served on the board of BG Bank in Ukraine, where he focused on restructuring the bank’s corporate portfolio and launching its Private Wealth Management division. He also previously coordinated sales, research, and corporate finance at Concorde Capital. In 2012, Nick was named one of the Wealthiest and Most Influential Expats by the Kyiv Post and recognized as one of the Top 25 Trailblazing Business Leaders in Ukraine in 2016. He holds a degree from Lake Forest College in Chicago, Illinois.

Yulia Piazza

Director and VP of Customer Relations

As a Director of Yellowstone Mrs. Piazza will bring her extensive experience in concierge services to the company. She will oversee all customer service issues and ensure the services given to all Yellowstone clients meet the highest

possible level of professionalism and personal attention. Yulia has been working at SP Capital Management since 2014 where she handles the firm’s private client portfolio, including concierge and banking advisory support services. With Yulia’s help SP Capital Management was able to grow its base of private clients and move into asset management. Before SPCM, Yulia worked for Insignia, one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious concierge and lifestyle management companies. While at Insignia Yulia managed some of the firm’s largest accounts and clients and built a solid track record for meeting and exceeding client expectations. Yulia has also been involved in Kyiv’s investment banking market since 2007 having worked at several of the country’s leading firms including Concorde Capital and BG Capital.

Florencia Ribes

Director

Ms. Ribes is an attorney born in Mendoza, Argentina. She has been actively involved in various capacities with trust companies since she first began working as an account manager with CITGO Trust Company in Curacao in January of 2005. In 2009 she became a Senior Account Manager with FDM N.V., a global asset protection and trust services company. She became Managing Director of the firm in 2013 and purchased the company in 2022. She founded ONT Family Trust Company in 2021 which also provides asset protection and trust services to clients primarily in the United States, Latin America and Europe. She currently resides in Miami, Florida with her husband Maurits and their two sons.

Alexander Yaremenko

Director

A founding partner of SP Capital Management, Alex is now responsible for the company’s operations, as well as legal support in relations between Ukrainian and American businesses. He specializes on corporate law and M&A activities, including corporate structuring and reorganization and setting up legal structures in the US and Europe. Prior to SP Capital Management, Alex spent 6 years with BG Capital, a leading regional investment bank. He has extensive experience setting up corporate subsidiaries in Europe and the CIS, as well as in M&A legal support. Before BG Capital, Alex was deputy general director and legal counsel for Servis-Reestr and Etalon Corporation. He holds a Master of Law from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. Alex is in the process of getting a Green Card, and intends to move to the US within the next two years.
